LINDSAY <br /> Printed parcel viewer. Attached to complaint. <br /> 12/30/2020 Complaint Investigation. LINDSAY <br /> Observed homeless camp near parcel provided but not on parcel. Drove down the <br /> street and observed dilapidated cars, and a recreational vehicle. It was not safe to <br /> stop. Drove back through area and would guess around 5 to 10 cars in homeless <br /> encampment. Will investigate who owns the roadway in that area. <br /> 12/30/2020 Emailed Mike McCoy with a picture of the parcel area and asked who owns the LINDSAY <br /> area where the homeless encampment lives since it is on the roadway. We are <br /> thinking it is state owned but unsure. <br /> 01/04/2021 Recommend to abate complaint as referred to another agency, Cal Trans, LINDSAY <br /> #824612. <br /> Filled out complaint form and printed 5105. <br /> Gave to Scott to review. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 1 of 1 <br />
