BOX 4716, <br /> STOCKTON, CA. 95215 <br /> Location: 5343 E. Weber Ave., Stockton, CA. 95215 Complaint#: C00052643 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD) has received a complaint alleging the following <br /> violation(s) at the above noted property. <br /> NATURE OF COMPLAINT: Occupied recreational vehicles with hazardous utility connections. <br /> Please be advised that the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code prohibits the occupancy of recreational vehicles <br /> outside of a permitted special occupancy park. If the above complaint allegation is valid, please take the <br /> following corrective actions. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately, cease occupancy of the recreational vehicle and remove any <br /> unpermitted utility connections. <br /> Please contact the staff person indicated below to inform them of the status of the complaint allegations (valid or <br /> not valid) and any corrective actions taken, or to be taken, if applicable. <br /> Please be advised that failure to correct substandard housing violations may result in further enforcement action <br /> by the EHD. All enforcement action costs are recovered as specified below. <br /> AUTHORITY: California Health and Safety Code,Section 18871 (a)and(c): It is unlawful for any person to use or cause, or permit to <br /> be used for occupancy: <br /> (a) any RV supplied with fuel,gas,water,electricity,or sewage connections, unless the connections and installations conform to <br /> regulations; <br /> (b) any RV in an unsafe or unsanitary condition or that is structurally unsound and does not protect its occupants against the <br /> elements. <br /> RECOVERY OF ENFORCEMENT COSTS: Pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 8-5400(a),'The County shall be <br /> reimbursed for all time,services and materials needed to abate a violation of this division."The current approved EHD hourly rate used <br /> to compute the cost of time spent to investigate,document and abate a violation is$152.00 per hour. <br /> PERMITS: Where structural,electrical, plumbing,or mechanical violations exist,appropriate permits must be obtained from the San <br /> Joaquin County Building Division(SJCBD)prior to rehabilitation.
