I did not see SUSZYCKI <br /> any recent permits taken out except for business licensing. <br /> Printed out a satellite image of the property from Parcel Viewer. <br /> 11/05/2020 Visited the property for a complaint of an occupied RV with hazardous connections SUSZYCKI <br /> in front of the commercial building. <br /> When I arrived I saw a RV with an extension cord running to the commercial <br /> building in the parking lot. I knocked on the vehicle but no one answered. I left my <br /> card with the computer business in the building. <br /> Posted the RV with a Recreational Vehicle Notice to Abate for the hazardous utility <br /> connection. <br /> 11/09/2020 Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a detailed SUSZYCKI <br /> photographic log. <br /> Attached the log to the complaint and turned it in for review. <br /> 11/12/2020 Returned a call from a Jeff at 5720 Cherokee. He wanted to discuss the posted SUSZYCKI <br /> recreational vehicle. No one answered so I left a detailed message about the <br /> process and what needs to be done to be in compliance with the regulations. <br /> 11/16/2020 MAILED REGULAR RECREATIONAL VEHICLE NOTICE TO ABATE, WITH BALLWAHN <br /> PHOTO LOG DATED 11/5/2020 TO PROPERTY OWNER. <br /> MICHAEL BENDER <br /> 5700 CHEROKEE RD <br /> STOCKTON CA 95215 <br /> 12/23/2020 Visited the property for a status check on the RV. When I arrived I saw that the RV SUSZYCKI <br /> in the parking lot was disconnected from all utility connections, had not hazardous <br /> connections, and was not improperly disposing of sewage.
