Complaint Investigation Summary Report#:5105
COMPLAINT ID: CO0053185 Site Location: 4655 E QUASHNICK RD
Activity Summary
Activity Date Recorded by
01/13/2021 Diana Cruz is the wife of Gerardo Tello. SALINAS
Called our office to ask about the letter. I asked about the nature of the complaint
in the letter. She said that there is a recreational vehicle and that someone is living
in it. I told her that they are allowed to live in the Recreational Vehicle as long as
there are no connections and that the sewage is properly disposed. She stated
that she has been dumping the sewage manually with a hose to their property's
septic tank. I told her that it was not permitted. I gave her two options, she could
let the people use her bathroom or buy a container that is designed to carry the
sewage from Recreational Vehicles and properly dispose it afterwards. She is
aware that for our inspection she needs to have electrical cords disconnected and
sewage cap on the recreational vehicle. Additionally, for this time, she will not get
charged as long as she stays in compliance, however, if problem persists, we will
open a case on the property and charge consequently.
I gave her my number and gave her 10 days to correct it and asked her to give us
a call when everything is corrected.
Received a call from Diana again, she told me Mike came in today and took some
photos and asked what was going to happen. I asked if he posted any notices on
her door, she said no. I told her that I will talk to him when he gets back to the
office.
I called Diana after talking to Mike about his visit, I told her that he noticed the
previous marijuana grow in the back of the property. I told her not to no longer
grow any in the back yard, I also told her that we closed the complaint. She said
okay.
Diana Cruz called me again and said that her mother is in the last stage of cancer
and that she makes an ointment with the marijuana she used to grow in the back
of the property. Mike told me to tell her that she is allowed to have 6 plants but
indoors and this was per property not per person and must be covered to the
public.
01/15/2021 Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a SUSZYCKI
photographic log.
Created an Official Inspection Report stating that there were no violations
observed.
Abated the complaint as being unable to verify and turned it in for review.
5105.rpt Page 2 of 2
