COUNTY <br /> Greatness grows here. <br /> NOTIFICATION OF COMPLAINT OF ALLEGED HOUSING VIOLATIONS <br /> December 29, 2020 <br /> TORROES, ROGELIO & ELAINE R TR <br /> 3102 ROCKFORD AVE, <br /> STOCKTON, CA 95207 <br /> Location: 3318 S ODELL AVE, STOCKTON CA 95206 Complaint# C00053186 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received a complaint alleging <br /> the following housing violation at the above noted property. <br /> NATURE OF COMPLAINT: Tenants have an occupied recreational vehicle with attached <br /> extension cords to the house. <br /> If these complaint allegations are valid and the violations are present, please take the following <br /> corrective actions. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of this letter, take all <br /> corrective actions necessary to abate the substandard conditions. <br /> Please contact the staff person indicated below to inform them of the status of the complaint <br /> allegations (valid or not valid) and any corrective actions taken, or to be taken, if applicable. <br /> Please be advised that failure to correct substandard housing violations may result in further <br /> enforcement action by the EHD. All enforcement action costs are recovered as specified below. <br /> AUTHORITY: California Health and Safety Code,Section 17910 et.seq.; Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings; <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance Code,Title 8, Division 5. <br /> RECOVERY OF ENFORCEMENT COSTS: Pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 8-5400(a),"The County shall be <br /> reimbursed for all time,services and materials needed to abate a violation of this division."The current approved EHD hourly rate used <br /> to compute the cost of time spent to investigate,document and abate a violation is$152.00 per hour. <br /> PERMITS: Where structural,electrical,plumbing,or mechanical violations exist,appropriate permits must be obtained from the San <br /> Joaquin County Building Division(SJCBD)prior to rehabilitation.
