Arrived at the property and BENIAMINE <br /> Larry who was a tenant of the single family dwelling. He stated the owner JP, <br /> allowed him to stay there because he was repairing the home. <br /> "Qse"rv6dat all the windows were boarded and Larry stated someone had broke <br /> them out but that he would be repairing them. Observed that the windows were <br /> broken. Observed a water heater with no straps or cover. Larry stated he would be <br /> putting a cover and straps on it. Informed Larry that I would be keeping the <br /> complaint open and come back to verify that the windows and water heater were <br /> repaired. The Sheriffs discovered a man on the property that they had been <br /> looking for and arrested him. Steve and I from Code Enforcement waited until the <br /> Sheriffs were ready to go to the next location. <br /> 06/21/2019 Researched site location and owner information and filled out a pink complaint BENIAMINE <br /> form for the property because the complaint was originally only for CDD but I <br /> observed substandard housing conditions while on site. Submitted the complaint <br /> to the front counter for processing. <br /> 06/25/2019 File documentation for complaint inspection. Downloaded photos and created BENIAMINE <br /> photo log of the single family dwelling. Wrote Notice to Abate. Made copies of both <br /> to mail to the owner. Gave the paperwork to Melissa to review. <br /> 06/28/2019 MAILED NOTICE TO ABATE AND PHOTO LOG DATED 6/20/2019 CERTIFIED VERNENGO <br /> TO THE PROPERTY OWNER: <br /> MA LI <br /> 1903 RALPH AVE <br /> STOCKTON CA 95206 <br /> 08/14/2019 Reviewed complaint, site location, inspection report and photos prior to status BENIAMINE <br /> check inspection of the property. Printed Parcel Viewer site location. The windows <br /> and water heater needed to be repaired. <br /> 08/27/2019 Complaint has been put on hold until Sheriff is able to accompany inspector due to SUSZYCKI <br /> safety concerns. <br /> 09/20/2019 Unable to conduct status check inspection due to safety concerns.
