When I arrived I knocked on the door and no one <br /> answered. There were no cars in the driveway or in front of the home. I could see <br /> evidence of a fire on the left side of the home, but it did not appear to have cause <br /> that much damage from the exterior. I posted the home with a notice to abate <br /> which stated that I would like the owners to contact me. <br /> 03/26/2020 Used the pictures from my complaint investigation to create a photographic log. SUSZYCKI <br /> Printed the log and attached it to the complaint. <br /> Turned the complaint in for review. <br /> 03/27/2020 MAILED REGULAR NOTICE TO ABATE AND PHOTO LOG DATED 03/24/2020 BALLWAHN <br /> TO PROPERTY OWNER: <br /> RONALD & CYNTHIA PADILLA <br /> 2858 SMOKE TREE CIR <br /> STOCKTON CA 95209-1159 <br /> 04/03/2020 Got a call from the owner Ronald Padilla He wanted to know what SUSZYCKI <br /> the Notice to Abate was about. I explained it to him and then I told him that I would <br /> create a compliance schedule for him. He informed me that the insurance <br /> company and contractors have already started doing inspections on the structure. <br /> Ronald also stated that the tenants have move out. <br /> 04/03/2020 Created a com liance schedule dated for 4/1/21, scanned it, and emailed it to SUSZYCKI <br /> Ronald at <br /> 04/09/2020 Called Ronald Padilla and he told me that he got the compliance schedule but his SUSZYCKI <br /> printer is not working so he can not sign it. I told him that I would mail him the <br /> compliance schedule so he can get it back to me. <br /> Created a compliance schedule letter and attached it to the compliance schedule. <br /> Gave the schedule to Jazmin to mail to the owner. <br /> 04/21/2020 Received singed compliance schedule back dated to end 4/1/2021.
