Looked SUSZYCKI <br /> up the property on Permits Plus and did not see any new permits taken out. The <br /> carport had an old permit to be enclosed. Discussed the complaint with Melissa. <br /> 03/30/2020 Visited the property for a complaint of the single family dwelling being involved in a SUSZYCKI <br /> fire. When I arrived I saw that the home was boarded up and the property secured <br /> with a tall fence. A sign for Golden Cost Construction and Restoration (800) <br /> 609-0232 was posted to the front of the home. The home severely damaged by <br /> the fire and did not appear to be structurally safe anymore. One of the neighboring <br /> homes was also slightly damaged by the fire, but the damaged appeared to be <br /> only on the exterior. <br /> I posted the a Notice and Order to Abate to fix or demo the home under permit <br /> and contact me about a compliance schedule in the next 30 days. <br /> 04/01/2020 Used pictures taken during the complaint investigation to create a photographic SUSZYCKI <br /> log. Printed the log and added it to the complaint form. <br /> Create a compliance schedule and an accompanying letter. <br /> Turned the complaint in for Review. <br /> 04/02/2020 MAILED REGULAR COMPLIANCE SCHEDULE AGREEMENT WITH COVER BALLWAHN <br /> LETTER, NOTICE TO ABATE,AND PHOTO LOG DATED 03/30/20 TO <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: <br /> BARBARAJONES <br /> 4350 N ELDORADO ST <br /> STOCKTON CA 95204-2109 <br /> 04/16/2020 Received the signed compliance schedule back dated for 4/1/21 and a note SUSZYCKI <br /> stating, "I do not use a computer= E mail ect!!!!". Added the schedule to the <br /> complaint form. <br /> 08/17/2020 Reviewed the complaint and looked up the property on Permits Plus. I saw that a SUSZYCKI <br /> fire inspection was conducted on 4/28/20.
