Written response on 4/27 email (which was with in 30 days of 3/30/21 <br /> inspection) said that "response was submitted already "because I uploaded all CERS <br /> documents on the day of inspection when you and I were on the phone and you sent me all <br /> new forms via email. Thats why I wrote that its already submitted. <br /> • Violation # 122. From now on I have hired ECO-Check to complete all CERS documents <br /> online before inspection and on time since there have been so many changes lately and due to <br /> employee shortages at site I was not able to complete ontime which caused violation #122. <br /> • Violation # 307. Walton was busy to do corrective action right after inspection therefore we <br /> called Elite.
