I <br /> informed him our complaint process, and how we validate complaints. I informed <br /> him that since the violation was seen from the front of the property I could site the <br /> violation. He was upset and kept talking over me. Michael S stepped in and told <br /> him he would call him in 20 minutes. <br /> Michael discussed with Bruce a compliance schedule. <br /> Wrote up compliance schedule and sent to Bruce's email, <br /> abilityaccessllc@yahoo.com <br /> Compliance schedule is till December 31st,2020 <br /> 09/09/2020 Spoke to the property owner as he was upset about Ciera's posting and that the SUSZYCKI <br /> complainant keeps calling us about his property. The owner stated that he wish <br /> that Ciera would have just talked with him about it before posting. I explained that <br /> Ciera was unable to make contact with the tenant but that we have his number <br /> now and will be able to contact him in the event of future complaints. As for the <br /> constant complaints I told him that we can not just ignore a complaint but that he <br /> may be able to talk to the River Club board about being harassed by the <br /> complainant. <br /> The owner asked for time to take care of the roof as he wanted to do an entire <br /> re-roof. I told him that I could ask Ciera to do a compliance schedule until <br /> December 31 st as that is when Code Enforcement will be taking over the housing <br /> program. He gave me his email and I told Ciera about the compliance schedule. <br /> 09/17/2020 Received signed compliance schedule from owner with end date of 12/31/2020. LINDSAY <br /> Printed and signed compliance schedule and attached to notice to abate <br /> complaint. <br /> 12/22/2020 Recommend to close complaint as office response. Received a compliance LINDSAY <br /> schedule from owner stating the work will be completed for the notice to abate. <br /> We have worked with owner before and feel as if he is reliable to complete the <br /> work. <br /> Filled out complaint form and printed 5105. <br /> Gave to Scott to review. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 2 of 2 <br />
