When we arrived we found SUSZYCKI <br /> the property locked up and secure. Awoman by the name o4 --came <br /> out and told us that she would let Ryan Brown, the owner, know that we had a <br /> complaint on the property and that he should speak with us. said that she did <br /> not have Ryan's number with her. <br /> 07/20/2020 Created a complaint letter alleging housing violations for the building behind the SUSZYCKI <br /> permitted single family dwelling. <br /> 07/27/2020 Multiple complaints on this site. Found phone number or owner in SANGALANG <br /> one of the narrative entries on C00050408. <br /> 09/23/2020 Visited the property to attempt to make contact again. The gate was locked and I SUSZYCKI <br /> was unable to make contact. Left my business card on the gate. <br /> 10/07/2020 Called the complainant to ask if she was the neighbor and if she could see the SUSZYCKI <br /> alleged violations from her yard. The complainant stated that her sister lived by the <br /> property and talk with her. I asked for the sister's number. The complainant said <br /> she would get it back to me. <br /> 10/08/2020 Received a call back from Leticia. She stated that you can't really see anything SUSZYCKI <br /> from her property, you can only hear it. I told her thank you. She suggested seeing <br /> if any of the other neighbors might have a better view from their yard. <br /> 11/02/2020 Visited the property again in an attempt to gain access. No one came out to see SUSZYCKI <br /> me, the gate was shut, but there was a large amount of vehicles in front and on <br /> the property. I did not observe any violations. <br /> 11/17/2020 Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a SUSZYCKI <br /> photographic log showing the single family dwelling. <br /> Created an Official Inspection Report stating that I was unable to verify the alleged <br /> violations. <br /> Turned the complaint in for review. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 1 of 1 <br />
