When I arrived I saw that the attached garage was missing the main door <br /> and there was an excessive amount of junk in front of it. I spoke to the owner and <br /> told her that she needed to get the door replaced as it exposed the interior of the <br /> garage to the elements. <br /> I posted the single family dwelling with a Notice to Abate. <br /> 09/15/2020 Used pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a photographic SUSZYCKI <br /> log of the single family dwelling and the attached garage. <br /> Turned in the complaint for review. <br /> 09/17/2020 MAILED REGULAR NOTICE TO ABATE WITH PHOTO LOG DATED 09/14/2020 BALLWAHN <br /> TO PROPERTY OWNER. <br /> CRISPIN, GENEVIVE & HERMINIO <br /> 18995 N COQUILLE DR <br /> LOCKEFORD CA 95237-9620 <br /> 12/22/2020 Called the owner and asked if the garage had been repaired yet. She said that it SUSZYCKI <br /> has. I then asked her to send me a picture of it so I could close out the complaint. <br /> The owner stated that her daughter would send me a picture. <br /> 01/07/2021 Received a picture from the owner showing all violations corrected.
