I did not see SUSZYCKI any recent permits taken out. Printed out a satellite image of the parcel form Parcel Viewer. 10/07/2020 Visited the property for a complaint of no water, heat, and other substandard SUSZYCKI conditions. When I arrived I found the property very run down. There were many sickly looking cats around the single family dwelling. I knocked on the door several times, but there was no response. I left my business card on the front door. 10/08/2020 Created an alleged violations letter and turned it for review. SUSZYCKI 10/09/2020 MAILED REGULAR NOTIFICATION OF COMPLAINT OF ALLEGED HOUSING BALLWAHN VIOLATIONS TO PROPERTY OWNER. CLIFFORD E & DEBRA BOOTH 605 S CLINTON ST APT 17 OAK GROVE MO 64075-7182 10/19/2020 Debra Booth called. She received the complaint letter but lives in Missouri. She SANGALANG does not have contact with husband that lives at the site. She said that she would contact his lawyer and let him know. Recommend sending letter to site as well. Emailed Michael S to have him send alleging letter to site. 10/26/2020 A man by the name of Mark left a message on behalf of Clifford, the man living in SUSZYCKI the home. He said that Clifford does not have a phone right now and he will have the water restored in the next few days. I called back but no one answered. 11/23/2020 Looked up the property on Permits Plus and in envision to see if any permits had SUSZYCKI been taken out to correct the alleged issues. None have. Called the owner's friend to get an update on the property. He did not answer so I left a message. 12/21/2020 Reviewed the complaint and looked it up on permits plus. No new permits. I also SUSZYCKI looked it up in the EHD system to see if any well permits were taken out. None were. 5105.rpt Page 1 of 2
