I saw a SUSZYCKI <br /> permit to re-roof the single family dwelling had just been finaled on 10/16/20. <br /> Printed out a satellite image of the parcel from Parcel Viewer. <br /> 10/27/2020 Visited the property with Ciera for a complaint investigation. SUSZYCKI <br /> When we arrived we met with the tenants who showed us how they disconnected <br /> the sewage pipe for the home as their plumbing kept backing up. The sewage is <br /> currently draining to the ground. The tenants stated that the property was recently <br /> acquired by a new owner and gave me her name and number. They said that the <br /> new owner did not want to fix the plumbing issues. <br /> Also on the property there was an unpermitted covered patio that was in very poor <br /> condition. The detached garage was also very dilapidated with a large hole in the <br /> front wall. <br /> I posted the home with a Notice to Abate and a Sewage Disposal Notice to Abate. <br /> 10/29/2020 Used the pictures taken during the complaint investigation to create two detailed SUSZYCKI <br /> photographic logs. Added the logs to the complaint and turned it in for review. <br /> 10/29/2020 Looked up to see if the new owner was on Oasis and she was not.
