The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br />addressed for Stockton Auto Care/NAPA Auto Care Center as of March29, 2021. <br />Open violations from February 24, 2021 inspection <br />❑ This violation was corrected <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Violation #5 -Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br />site. <br />OBSERVATIOI�t Two 55 gallon drums of antifreeze, one 55 gallon drum of motor oil, one 220 gallon waste oil tank, <br />one 220 gallon tank of motor oil, one 110 gallon tank of transmission fluid, one 110 gallon tank of used antifreeze, <br />and one 110 gallon tank of synthetic motor oil were found on site that have not been reported to CERS for 2020 and <br />2021. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br />approval. <br />❑ This violation was corrected <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Violation #6 -Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br />OBSERVATIOI�t A site map was not completed and submitted as part of the business plan for 2020 and 2021. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Asite map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br />streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br />material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br />If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as "NA". <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />
