LINDSAY <br /> Drove to property and observed overgrown weeds in the front yard. Other then the <br /> vegetation the house was in good order and did not looked occupied. Took some <br /> exterior photos and walked to the front door to knock and leave my card. <br /> Observed mail on the ground and a piece of paper on the window stating, "This <br /> property is managed by Touchdown Properties, call *"' '******to report any <br /> issues" <br /> Called the number but no one picked up. Left a voicemail with my name, reason <br /> for calling, and asked for a return call. <br /> 10/19/2020 Attempted to call property managements office line again but no one picked up. LINDSAY <br /> Found their website and saw the owners cell phone number. Called and left a <br /> voicemail stating my name, title, complaint, and actions needed or I will go out to <br /> post the dwelling with a notice to abate for overgrown yard. <br /> Owner of property management called me back and informed me they sold the <br /> place in 2017 to the owner on the complaint. I told her I would look up the owner <br /> information on the recorders office but she had the deed infront of her and the new <br /> owner has the mailing address as the property. <br /> 12/02/2020 Drove to property and observed front of dwelling with overgrown vegetation. My LINDSAY <br /> card was still on the door. The house is vacant and secured. Overgrown <br /> vegetation code enforcement can site. <br /> Recommend to close complaint. Took photos. <br /> 12/22/2020 Recommend to abate complaint as unable to verify. Went out to property and my LINDSAY <br /> card was still on the door and we have not had any contact from the owner. <br /> Created photo log of property. Filled out official inspection report stating we could <br /> verify alleged complaint. <br /> Filled out complaint form and printed 5105. <br /> Gave to Scott to review <br /> 5105.rpt Page 1 of 1 <br />
