She sounded concered in her message but SUSZYCKI <br /> did not leave any details. <br /> I looked up the property to see if any service request were taken out for the well. <br /> None were. <br /> When I called back, it went to voicemail. I left a message telling Diane that I don't <br /> know what CUPA or Code Enforcement has going on with the property but a <br /> permit for the pump has not been taken out. I also told her that we may start a <br /> case if the permit is not taken out. <br /> 11/16/2020 The complainant called me again and said she was concerned that the property SUSZYCKI <br /> had no water. I told her that it had water, but it was posted because the pump was <br /> replaced without a permit and the well was not sealed properly. <br /> The complainant also wanted to talk to someone about the dumping of motor oil <br /> on the property. SUSZYCKI <br /> I discussed the situation with Claudia and Garret as I know they have been <br /> working on it. Claudia said that she had been to the property three times and that <br /> they are going to be sending the owner a letter. <br /> 12/21/2020 Reviewed the complaint and looked for a pump permit. I did not find any permits SUSZYCKI <br /> taken out. <br /> 12/23/2020 Reviewed the complaint and did not see any permits taken out. SUSZYCKI <br /> Discussed the case with Scott and Michael Kith. Michael Kith said to give the <br /> sister of the owner a call to let her know that we may have to refer her brother to <br /> the DA. <br /> Called the owner's sister and she stated that he was in jail for probably three more <br /> months. I told her that I would hold off on referring the case and call her back in <br /> three months for an update. <br /> 12/23/2020 Abated the complaint and made a new one for wells.
