Took the complaint to Yvonne M. for corrections. SINGH <br /> 11/05/2020 Reviewed the complaint and looked up the property on Permits Plus. A demo SUSZYCKI <br /> permit was finaled for the unit for plumbing and a porch in 2019. <br /> EHD previously had a case on this property. <br /> Printed out a satellite image of the property using Parcel Viewer. <br /> Called the complainant and set up an appointment to meet her on 11/5/2020 at <br /> 1330. <br /> 11/05/2020 Visited the unit for a complaint of rats and cockroaches. When I arrived the SUSZYCKI <br /> complainant was laying on the couch and pointed to the areas where they had laid <br /> down sticky traps. There were a few roaches stuck to the traps. I looked around <br /> the inside and outside of the home and did not see any evidence of rodents. I told <br /> the complainant that I will call the owner. <br /> 11/06/2020 Called the property manager Tina and told her about the situation. I explained to SUSZYCKI <br /> her that I only saw a few roaches on sticky traps and did not feel that there was an <br /> infestation going on, but would feel more comfortable if she had the unit sprayed. <br /> Tina stated that it is sprayed monthly and would send me the invoice. <br /> Received the invoice for pest control via email, printed it, and attached it to the <br /> complaint. <br /> 11/25/2020 Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a SUSZYCKI <br /> photographic log. <br /> Created an Official Inspection Report stating that I did not observe an infestation <br /> and I received monthly pest control statements from the management company. <br /> Abated the complaint as it was not verified and turned the form in for review. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 1 of 1 <br />
