This information was required to be submitted by <br /> 4/12/2020. This information was submitted late on 11/16/2020. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to implement the <br /> corrections specified in the inspection report and comply with permit conditions. The corrective action shall include <br /> all of the recommendations made in the report. The operator shall submit a written response that includes a <br /> statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is <br /> submitted and all corrections implemented within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 307 HSC 25290.1(c3), 25290.2(c3) Failure to keep water out of the secondary containment system (post-Jul 2003). <br /> OBSERVATION:Water was found in the diesel STP sump. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the <br /> system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed 3 cups of liquid from the diesel sump and returned the <br /> sensor to its proper location. Immediately contact a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor to address <br /> the water intrusion into the diesel STP sump under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 315 HSC 25290.1(e)Failure to maintain interstitial space to detect leaks before release to environment(post-Jul 2004). <br /> OBSERVATION: The S7 Diesel vent and fill, S1 87 product and STP sump, and S5 91 vent and fill sensor failed <br /> when tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The interstitial space of the UST shall be maintained, as designed, under constant <br /> vacuum or pressure such that a breach in the primary or secondary containment is detected before the hazardous <br /> substance is released into the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The sensors were replaced and retested during the inspection. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> FA0017737 PR0526212 SCO01 03/09/2021 <br /> EHD 23-01 Rev.9/16/2020 Page 4 of 5 Underground Storage Tank Program OIR <br /> 1868 E.
