Property <br /> management has an estimate for the pest control, and has had a plumber out <br /> there twice to repair a piping and snake a line. Got information from property <br /> management and exchange information. <br /> Called complainant and informed them that the property management company is <br /> working with the HOA and pest control to get someone out there. She addressed <br /> her concerns about the water leak and the carpet. I told her I am waiting to receive <br /> paperwork from the propert management company and then I would give her a <br /> call to set up an appointment if we don't hear from them in a day or two. <br /> 12/22/2020 Recommend to abate complaint as office response. Called complainant and left a LINDSAY <br /> voicemail asking for an update. Called property management and talked to Mike. <br /> He said he believed all issues with the property had been resolved.
