It looks like employee housing but it is not. <br /> Last dwelling on the left down the property pertains to the complaint. <br /> Woman was outside as we were walking up, she said she was 17 so we asked if <br /> her mom was home. She said she was sleeping but she would wake her up. <br /> Felcia came outside and we discussed the alleged complaint with her. She said <br /> they are not having any electrical issues except for what the owner is doing to the <br /> dwelling. We asked what they are doing, she said he pulled items out of the <br /> electrical box, and is doing things to the dwellings while they are not home. She <br /> said he warned her that he would be calling environmental health to come out. I <br /> told her we heard about electrical work done in the top of the dwelling. She said <br /> she hasn't been up there. I asked if all lights worked, if they had heat, hot water, <br /> sewage etc. We did notice a sewage pipe near the front door that was leaking and <br /> causing a cesspool of water underneath the house. We let her know we are <br /> concerned about the leaking pipe and would need to post the dwelling as <br /> substandard and see if the owner would fix it. <br /> 11/03/2020 Visited the property with Ciera for security concerns. SUSZYCKI <br /> 11/04/2020 **ADD PR**The tenant Felecia called and was very upset as she believe our SUSZYCKI <br /> postings meant that she would have to leave the house. I informed her that we did <br /> not post a Notice to Vacate and that we were not at that point yet. If the sewage <br /> problem persisted we would have to. She explained to me that the caretaker, Jeff, <br /> has been sabotaging her home in hopes of getting her to leave. Felecia stated that <br /> she wants to get a restraining order as the caretaker skulks around her home <br /> during the night time. <br /> Felicia asked about services to help and I told her that I did not know of any for her <br /> exact situation and that she should discuss things with Fair Housing. <br /> 11/12/2020 Recommend to abate complaint as posted substadard, see PRO546310 LINDSAY <br /> Filled out complaint form and printed 5150.
