He asked for my card and a woman named Crystal would call me. <br /> 12/22/2020 Recommend to close complaint as office response. Received a voicemail from LINDSAY <br /> owner Ken. Called Ken back and let him know of the alleged complaint. He said <br /> he is working with a contractor to possibly pull two septic permits but no work is <br /> being conducted at this time. I reminded him he needs to pull the permit from our <br /> office before any work is done and told him where our office is located. Informed <br /> him I would close the complaint. <br /> Filled out complaint form and printed 5105. <br /> Gave to Scott to review. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 1 of 1 <br />
