I did not see SUSZYCKI <br /> any recent permits taken out. <br /> Printed out a satellite image of the property using Parcel Viewer. <br /> 11/09/2020 Called the complainant and it went to voicemail. The voicemail was not set up so I SUSZYCKI <br /> was unable to leave a message. <br /> 11/09/2020 Visited the unit for a complaint of mold. When I arrived the complainant was not SUSZYCKI <br /> home. I left my card on the door and with a neighbor. <br /> The complainant called me about half and hour after my first visit and I went back <br /> to the unit. While there, the complainant allowed me inside. In the back corner of <br /> the bed room the carpet was pulled back and was visibly water damaged and <br /> moldy. The flooring underneath was damaged as well. I looked behind the unit and <br /> I was not able to identify the source of the leak. It is possibly coming from the <br /> neighboring units shower. <br /> I posted the unit with a Notice to Abate giving until 11/13/2020 to remove the <br /> moldy carpet and clean the mold. I gave until 12/9/2020 to conduct repairs. <br /> 11/09/2020 Called the owner and left a message informing her about my visit and asking for a SUSZYCKI <br /> call back. <br /> 11/12/2020 Returned a call from the owner Lu. I left a message detailing what needs to be SUSZYCKI <br /> done and asking if I could see inside the storage units as those are the possible <br /> location of the leak for both 1047 and 1039. <br /> 11/16/2020 Returned a call by Leandra. She stated that nothing has been done and they are SUSZYCKI <br /> sleeping in her car as they do not want to live in the unit with all off the mold. <br /> Leandra wanted to know what they legal rights they have.
