No recent SUSZYCKI <br /> permits have been taken out. <br /> Printed out a satellite image from Parcel Viewer of the property. <br /> 12/28/2020 Visited the property with Aldara. We did not see anybody living in a shed, but we SUSZYCKI <br /> did see a tiny modular home at the back of the property. The modular home <br /> seemed in excellent condition and very new. We spoke with a neighbor and he <br /> stated that before the modular home there was a smaller tiny home on the spot <br /> and that may have been what the complainant was talking about. <br /> There are no permits for the modular home in Permits Plus and it appeared <br /> occupied. <br /> 12/29/2020 Created a Notification of Alleged Housing Violations and turned it in for review. SUSZYCKI <br /> 12/30/2020 MAILED REGULAR NOTIFICATION OF COMPLAINT OF ALLEGED HOUSING BALLWAHN <br /> VIOLATIONS TO PROPERTY OWNER. <br /> MARY WELDER ETAL <br /> PO BOX 31973 <br /> STOCKTON CA 95213 <br /> 01/12/2021 Returned a call from the new property owner Clint Stewart. He stated that the tiny SUSZYCKI <br /> home at the back of the property is technically a mobile office for his wife and that <br /> its is registered as an RV with the DMV. I told Clint that he can just text me a <br /> picture of the documents showing that it is an RV and that I will close the <br /> complaint. <br /> 01/12/2021 Clint sent me a picture of the DMV document showing the model of the home and SUSZYCKI <br /> that it was registered as an RV. I looked up the model using Google and saw that <br /> it looked like the tiny house that I saw on the property and that the manufacture <br /> states that it can be classified as an RV.
