LINDSAY <br /> Property owner discussed how the fire happened and the headache they have had <br /> to get it repaired. I understood and informed him our office will not be starting a <br /> housing case because he has taken the time to secure the property himself. <br /> asked him to sign the yellow compliance schedule and return it to me so I can <br /> close the complaint. <br /> I received his email address, gilbertesomera@gmail.com. I emailed him and <br /> asked him to send it back on the email address. <br /> 01/14/2021 Received signed compliance schedule from owner who is diligently working with LINDSAY <br /> the insurance company for his fire damaged home. Property owner has secured <br /> the property, and had a fire inspection without direction of EHD. EHD is okay <br /> closing the complaint with the signed compliance schedule from the owner stating <br /> he will have it remodeled and pull the correct permits. <br /> Filled out complaint form, printed 5105 and attached to complaint. <br /> Gave to Scott to review. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 1 of 1 <br />
