Will attempt to call owner on Monday to schedule an apt. <br /> 01/06/2021 Attempted to call owner about alleged complaint. Number provided by CDD. Left a LINDSAY <br /> voicemail introducing myself, informing them of the complaint, and asking for a call <br /> back. <br /> Talked to property owner about alleged complaint. <br /> He said that he is hiring an architect to complete the plans for CDD as they have <br /> given him revisions. He said CDD came out and someone was staying in the <br /> garage and they started an enforcement case for the property. I let him know no <br /> one can stay in the garage until the permit is finalized. He understood. I asked him <br /> to email me a photo of the garage to close the complaint. <br /> 01/13/2021 Received photos from the property owner showing the garage is not occupied. LINDSAY <br /> Recommend to abate complaint as office response. Filled out official inspection <br /> report. Printed photos the owner sent and attached to complaint.
