When SUSZYCKI <br /> I arrive three deputies were on site plus two CPS workers. The tenant of the single <br /> family dwelling was there, Jaime and the mother and the three children that lived <br /> in the converted garage. <br /> The property was covered in excessive junk and trash. I was not given permission <br /> to go inside the single family dwelling but I observed some substandard issues on <br /> the exterior such as a missing/broken window. <br /> The detached garage had unpermitted conversions including a bathroom. The <br /> interior was very damp and covered in mold. The were numerous holes chewed <br /> into the walls by rats. One of the deputies commented that when he originally <br /> entered the structure he saw a rat run out into one of the holes. The carpets were <br /> moist and extremely dirty. From what I was able to gather it appeared that trash <br /> was being stored inside the garage before the current tenants moved in. I <br /> observed several cockroaches in the bathroom. The toilet functioned but the <br /> shower was in a dilapidated stated with damaged flooring next to it. <br /> I posted the single family dwelling with a Notice and Order to Abate and the <br /> detached garage with a Notice and Order to Abate and a Notice to Vacate. <br /> The tenant living in the detached garage was given a permission slip that last until <br /> 12/11/2020. I asked CPS if the mother and the children would be provided with <br /> somewhere to stay, at least for the weekend, and they said yes. <br /> See PR0546375. <br /> 12/16/2020 Abated complaint to PR0546375.
