I did not see SUSZYCKI <br /> any recent permits taken out. <br /> Printed out a satellite image of the property using Parcel Viewer. Attached the <br /> image to the complaint. <br /> 01/06/2021 Visited the property for a complaint of no hot water and other substandard SUSZYCKI <br /> conditions. When I arrived I met with the tenant who allowed me to look around. <br /> The electrical box on the side of the home was damaged and exposed to the <br /> elements. The hot water heater was no longer working and leaking water through <br /> janky plumbing underneath the single family dwelling. The HVAC system that <br /> provided heat was no longer functioning and space heaters were being used. The <br /> interior of the home was filled with trash and had a horrid smell. There were <br /> several holes that appear to have been made by rats in the walls. Cockroaches <br /> could be seen in all parts of the structure. A window in the possible dining area <br /> was blocked by junk and trash. The tenant said she was given a three day notice <br /> and has been asking section 8 for a new place. <br /> I posted the single family dwelling with a Notice and Order to Abate. <br /> See PR0546393. <br /> 01/07/2021 Abated the complaint to PR0546393.
