Complaint Investigation Summary Report#:5105 COMPLAINT ID: CO0053200 Site Location: 2X8 E SILVAST 2$ Activity Summary Activity Date Recorded by 01/04/2021 Visited the property as there was a Sheriffs request and for multiple complaints of SUSZYCKI the property being reoccupied by squatters. I arrived on the property with Ciera and Animal Control and multiple Sheriffs deputies were on scene. Animal Control had removed several aggressive dogs and the deputies were in the process of removing squatters from the property. The red tagged home had been reoccupied, more junk and cars had been brought to the front of the property, and a camping trailer(CA. 1 LD4306)was sitting in the front yard. The encampment in the backyard was still active with a generator providing electricity to the tents. The trailer at the front of the property was dripping sewage and was covered with tarps. A log had been set on fire and was smoldering on the floor of the trailer. The log was being used as a heat source. In the kitchen of the single family dwelling there was a roasting pan with logs in that was smoldering, presumably providing heat to the structure. The interior was trashed and very unsanitary. The shed along the side of the single family dwelling had been occupied and a bed moved into it. The encampment at the back of the property had a generator running to provide power and was covered with trash. According to the neighbors the owner died two to three years ago, and the property was left to a CJ who took out a reverse mortgage on it. CJ has allegedly since abandoned the property. No on on the property seemed to have been given permission to be there and the Sheriff required all of them to leave. The single family dwelling was re-posted with a Notice to Vacate, a Notice and Order to Abate, and a Notice to Secure. The camping trailer was posted with a Notice to Vacate and a Recreational Vehicle Notice to Secure. The Shed was posted with a Notice to Vacate and a Notice and Order to Abate.
