The Emergency Response Plan <br />Section C: C2 is missing information. Section G and H locations information are not filled in. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a <br />release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: <br /> - immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> - procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment <br /> - evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. <br />OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California <br />Environmental Reporting System (CERS) annually by the due date, January 15. The calendar year 2019 submittal <br />entered on 1/30/2019 was late. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br />year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br />information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Conducted in-office Hazardous Materials Business Plans (HMBP) inspection. The food inspector, Maribel <br />Flohrschutz, performed an on-site inspection for the CO2 tank on 1/6/2021. <br />There were 2 violations during the in-office inspection. One violation was a repeat. Complete and submit a copy <br />of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions <br />that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by 3/27/2021. <br />Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
