Received a <br /> phone call from City of Tracy Police Department Code Enforcement Officer <br /> Hayward Lewis this date (3:42pm) stating that the vendor was on site this date and <br /> produced a San Joaquin County EHD mobile vehicle sticker(#5575). Mr. Lewis <br /> asked if the permit was valid. I checked with Accounting and the permit is active <br /> (FA0023052), but the vendor seems to be operating outside the scope of his <br /> permit(permitted as a 1634 pre-packaged food only, but is selling cut fruit, snow <br /> cones and durros). I informed Mr. Lewis that I would attempt to stay in Tracy later <br /> in the afternoon this week to make contact with the vendor. I also received another <br /> phone call from the complainant a 3:54pm stating that the vendor was on site. I <br /> informed her that the City of Tracy had been in contact with the vendor earlier <br /> today and that we were working together to resolve the issue. Complainant <br /> requested the contact information for the City of Tracy Code Enforcement. I <br /> provided the phone number. <br /> 12/17/2020 Went by complaint location this date. Did not observe any vendors at this location. LINHARES <br /> Complaint abated this date. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 2 of 2 <br />
