Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke to the owner who was not aware of the compliant. <br /> Per owner no wine tasting (consumption) or seating occurs indoors. <br /> I was shown the wine flights that are poured by the bar tender and the disposable wine glass and packaged crackers that are <br /> given to the to customers to take out side and taste on the patio. <br /> I also discussed face coverings with the operator. <br /> Per operator the plastic shields are installed at the counter. I let the owner know that face covering needs to be worn by staff. <br /> I will email the Face Covering Guidelines to the owner. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
