(209) 983-9434 <br /> Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00052928 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> C00052928 states: "COMPLAINANT WAS AT RESTAURANT 11/2/20 AT 11:50 PM. HE IS AN UBER DRIVER AND WAS <br /> PICKING UP FOOD TO DELIVER. YOUNG FEMALE EMPLOYEE TOLD AN OLDER MALE EMPLOYEE SHE WAS <br /> GOING TO THROW THE FRIES AWAY BECAUSE THEY HAD BEEN SITTING SINCE 1 PM. MALE EMPLOYEE <br /> INSTRUCTED FEMALE TO REFRY THE FRIES AND SERVE THEM TO THE CUSTOMERS. COOK WAS HANDLING <br /> RAW CHICKEN WITHOUT GLOVES. MALE EMPLOYEE TOLD COMPLAINANT THAT NO COOKS IN STOCKTON <br /> WINGSTOPS WEAR GLOVES WHEN HANDLING RAW CHICKEN." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Manager on duty is not aware of the complaint. Per Manager, potatoes are cut daily, then the fries are blanched, cooled on <br /> the cooling racks, and then refried upon demand. Fries are rotated (first in, first out) and per Manager there is a high turnover <br /> during the afternoon/evening hours (more orders). <br /> Proper hand washing procedures were observed this date. <br /> No signature obtained /COVID-19 <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
