Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediate/v.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> As per owner,she is aware of the complaint. During my inspection, hand sink has hot water 100F and fully supplied with soap <br /> and paper towels. I observe one the employees wearing gloves and washing hands between tasks. I observe the presence of <br /> gloves at the prep area and at the front service windows. I observe the presence of spray bottles of QUAT 300 ppm in all <br /> facility stations.
