NO PARTITION, EVERY CHAIR FILLED,AND SMOKING ALL OVER. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival I spoke with the Interim Operations Director in regards to the complaint. He stated that the Bingo facility as <br /> moved from the Winners building to under the horse racing stadium towards the back of the fairgrounds.The area is located <br /> outside but as been covered to allow minimal environmental elements to enter into the bingo playing area.Observed a <br /> smoking section just outside of where the individuals play bingo,all the tables appear to be 6-feet or more apart and no food <br /> is being served on site.The operator of the Bingo area stated that the drinks found on site are for staff and volunteer and <br /> clients usually bring their own food when they arrive to play or there is a permitted food truck that parts outside and individuals <br /> are allowed to purchase food that way.The facility appears to house 70+tables and according to the operator,during busy <br /> times he will have about 120-140 people on site,all which are told to follow social distancing protocols.Observed no violations <br /> while on site. <br /> Official inspection report emailed. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.If a reinspection is required,fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate. <br /> Received by: Name and Title: <br /> EH Specialist: VICTOR ACEVEDO Phone: (209)616-3023 <br /> 000052982 SCO04 11/19/2020 <br /> EHD 16-23 Rev.9/16/2020 Page 1 of 1 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> 1868 E.
