COMPLAINANT <br /> ALLEGES THEY HAVE BEEN THROWING UP AND HAS HAD STOMACH CRAMPS SINCE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations most be corrected immediate/y.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> OBSERVATIONS <br /> Name on Food Safety Certificate: Expiration Date: <br /> Warewash Chlorine(Cl): ppm Heat: °F Water/Hot Water Ware Sink Temp: 120°F <br /> Quaternary Ammonia(QA): ppm Hand Sink Temp. 100°F <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> 2 Dr True cooler--41.00°F 2 Dr True prep cooler--41.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> Upon arrival, I spoke with the manager in regards to the complaint.They stated having no knowledge of a complaint being <br /> made of this nature but invited me into the mobile food unit to conduct my inspection.According to the manager: no one has <br /> reported being ill,no one has left the country recently and no changes have been made to the distributors of the food products <br /> they receive.All tripe is stored and prepared at the restaurant facility used by the business and then brought to the mobile <br /> food unit in thermo-containers to keep the food at the proper warming temperature of 135F or above. Extra tripe is brought <br /> and stored in the 2 door True cooler and 2 door True prep cooler.Temperatures were taken and no violations were observed, <br /> while observing proper hand washing techniques being performed.The sanitizer buckets are currently measured at 100 PPM <br /> Chlorine-based.
