She stated that none of the employees have been ill. I <br /> then spoke to sushi chef and he told me ingredients in sushi rolls. Dragon roll has teriyaki, cucumber,fried panko shrimp, <br /> avocado, and cooked eel. California roll has avocado and crab meat. I also spoke to kitchen chef and he showed me where <br /> food is stored in walk in coolers and freezers.They receive frozen pre made panko breaded shrimp that is fried as needed. <br /> Oil is filtered daily. Imitation crab meat comes in frozen-thawed in walk in and mixed with mayonnaise. Eel stored in walk in <br /> cooler and cooked in small oven before it is used.All produce is rinsed in 2 comp sink.
