Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> Manager on site is aware of the complaint. <br /> Tortilla is usually received to be refrigerated (as per Manufacture instruction)in the walk in cooler at 41 F or below. Tortilla is <br /> pulled from the walk in cooler on daily basis to prepare orders. By inspecting all tortilla packs at the cook line and in the walk <br /> in cooler, I didn't not observe any mold.
