CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA -2100012 ( LA ) <br /> GOGNA FAMILY LP / ( CIO DILLON & MURPHY <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No . PA- 2100012 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on June 04 , 2021 , which is the effective date of approval . This <br /> approval will expire on December 4 , 2022 , which is 18 months from the effective date of approval , <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed , if <br /> required by the Land Surveyors ' Act . <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment , <br /> 1 . APPROVAL : This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among three parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated January 19 , 2021 <br /> b . NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT : A " Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner . Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor' s Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department . The legal descriptions shall be prepared , stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer , qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors ' Act , or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor . WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT : The property owner shall rescind the current contract and shall <br /> enter into a new contract prior to recording the " Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" . The " Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment" shall not be recorded until the Williamson Act Contract application has been deemed <br /> complete . Filing Fees are required for this application . ( Government Code Section 51257 ) <br /> d . LOT SIZE : <br /> 1 . Parcel 1 shall be a minimum of 40 acres in size ( Development Title Table 9 -610 . 2 ( b ) . <br /> 2 . Parcels 2 and 3 shall be a minimum of 2 acres in size ( Development Title Section 9 - 872 . 2 ( e ) . <br /> e .
