THE CHICKEN PATTY WAS RAW. COMPLAINANT TRIED CONTACTING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT <br /> THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7, <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP ° F --COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTE <br /> I went to the facility and spoke to the Area Manager who was not aware of the compliant prior to my investigation. <br /> Breaded chicken patties come to the facility in boxes and are stored in the walk-in(41 F), when ready for preparation, patties <br /> are stored in 2 door reach-in next to deep fryer (41 F). <br /> Once chicken sandwich is ordered patty is placed into deep fryer for 5 minutes and timer is set on deep fryer. <br /> Once timer is done patty is then taken out of deep fryer and temperature is taken of patty. <br /> I observed a chicken patty prepared, the temperature of chicken patty is 199F. <br /> I had area manager cut patty, patty appears cooked. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
