RAMIREZ <br /> The manager of the facility left me a vm asking if I will call the complainant back <br /> 12/29/2020 1 returned the owner's call. RAMIREZ <br /> The owner alleges the positive COVID diagnoses was untrue and the employee <br /> wanted time off. <br /> I contacted the complainant by email and let <br /> complainant know that the owner is following CDC guidelines as far as notifying <br /> employees regarding COVID. <br /> I let(c) know that the owner states that the Face Covering Guidelines are followed <br /> at the facility. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 1 of 1 <br />
