I was able to leave a voice mail in which I explained <br /> the reason for calling and provided my contact information. <br /> The operator then returned the call and explained that had no knowledge of a <br /> complaint of this nature being made. They continued to state there is a staff on <br /> site who must read lips in order to communicate and masks are usually lowered if <br /> they are speaking to them.
