RAMIREZ <br /> 12/24/2020 1 called the facility and spoke with the manager and let her know this is the 2nd RAMIREZ <br /> compliant I have received. <br /> I let the manager know that the issue can be referred to the DA if there are <br /> repeated complaints <br /> Manager wanted to know what could happen. <br /> I let manager know that it is the Order that Public Health should enforce as the <br /> Environmental Health Food Unit follows the California Food Facility <br /> I also let manager know that this is all new ( COVID restrictions and Order etc) <br /> and usually we would have an Admin Office Hearing and go through our protocols, <br /> but since it is an Order that Public Health enforces, the EHD is doing an <br /> informative call. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 1 of 1 <br />
