Complainant is concerned that the vehicle parts and <br /> vehicles may be leaking fluids into the soil. Complainant states individuals have <br /> moved vehicles in and out of the back yard. Complainant also mentioned there <br /> may be homeless and drug addicts on the property, and there are 2 dogs and men <br /> that may live on the property. Complainant states that the inside of the back yard <br /> can be seen from the parking lot located on Waterloo Rd and Newport Ave. <br /> Notified complainant that the EHD will investigate the complaint and provide an <br /> update. <br /> Generated complaint. <br /> 08/03/2020 Documented narrative. FLORIDO <br /> Arrived at the parking lot at Newport Ave and Waterloo Rd, which is located <br /> behind the backyard of 1717 Rhode Island Ave. Due to a fence in between the <br /> parking lot and the fence of the property, I was only able to see the backyard from <br /> approximately 60 feet away. I was able to see at least two vehicles, and what <br /> appeared to be vehicle doors, in the backyard of the property. Took photos. I <br /> drove around to the front of the property and knocked on the door. No one <br /> answered. I left my business card on the door.
