The house was SUSZYCKI <br /> gutted by fire and unsecured. The electric meter was also pulled and the line cut. <br /> Neither of the camping trailers appeared to be occupied or have any hazardous <br /> connections. <br /> 12/30/2020 Abated the complaint to PR0544732. Turned it in for review. SUSZYCKI <br /> 12/30/2020 2 am Received pager notification from Stockton Fire Department, (209)464 4650. GAITAN <br /> Contacted Sue, dispatcher for Stockton Fire Department. Stated that a house <br /> caught fire on 404 S. Olive Avenue Stockton 95215. She stated that it would need <br /> to be boarded and secured. Gave me the contact information for Chief Battalion <br /> Ken. Contacted Chief Ken, I requested property owner information. Ken stated that <br /> he did not have the property owner or tenant information. He stated the house is <br /> abandoned. I asked how the fire started he stated he did not know, Stockton Fire <br /> Department received the call at lam. I asked what needed boarding and securing, <br /> he stated that approximately 12 windows and two doors were damaged and <br /> exposed due to the fire. I asked if this was an urgent matter or if this was <br /> something that can wait until office for Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> could open. He stated it was not an urgent matter. I asked if he feels if anyone <br /> would be entering the property, he stated that it was a vacant property and that <br /> Pacific Gas and Electric had shut off the gas and electric for the property. <br /> Contacted Michelle Henry 11-ead Senior REHSj informed of house fire based on <br /> discussion, it was determined that I could refer burning house complaint to <br /> housing first thing in the morning. <br /> Contacted Chief Battalion Ken, explained to him that boarding and securing would <br /> be managed once our offices opened at 7:30am. I also discussed that EHD would <br /> like to give the property owner a chance to board and secure the house.
