Telephone: (209)478-5754 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00053495 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES SOMETHING TASTES OFF WITH THE FOOD AT THIS FACILITY. COMPLAINANT BELIEVES <br /> THE OIL MUST BE OLD. CHICKEN WAS NOT CRISPY AND THE MASHED POTATOES TASTED OLD. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #45 Floors,Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br /> OBSERVATIONS:other observations during this inspection.The floor is damaged on some parts. Repair floor to a smooth, <br /> cleanable and nonabsorbent surface within a month. <br /> Some food residue on the floor. Clean as necessary. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. (114143(d), <br /> 114266, 114268, 114268.1, 114271, 114272) <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> complaint received 3-1-21. 1 went to the facility and spoke with the manager. I informed her about a complaint this department <br /> received regarding the the food tasting off,the oil tasting old, the chicken not being crispy and the mashed potatoes tasting <br /> old. The manager stated that they have not received any complaints regarding this matter. <br /> Per the manager the oil is cleaned 2 times per day.The oil appears normal now.The temperature of the oil is between 350 F <br /> to 400 F.The Chicken just cooked in the oil is at 210 F (crispy chicken). Crispy chicken is held for 2 hours in the warmer. <br /> color coded to know the time it should be held for. The chicken in the warmer looks crispy.
