Richard reported the spill occurred on May 31st or June 1st and <br /> EHD was not notified until a few days ago. <br /> 06/06/2018 Generated a complaint for this spill MANZO <br /> 06/06/2018 2:23 pm: Called Rick Justice 209-609-3175, discussed the clean up the ETA. MANZO <br /> 3 pm: onsite called Rick to let him know I am onsite. Waited for Rick to arrive. <br /> Observed the storm drain into which the oily substance was dumped. No oily <br /> staining was noted. Per Rick, Patriot Environmental jetted the lines all the way to <br /> Pump station next to 2327 Pyrenees Avenue and generated two 41000 gallons of <br /> liquid. Looked inside the storm drain next to the pump station and at the pump <br /> station, nothing abnormal was observed. Rich indicated this is how the storm drain <br /> run off looks like all the time. Generated a notice to abate, Rick discussed the <br /> notice to abate with Richard Stiffler and on his advise refused to sign or accept a <br /> copy of the notice to abate, asking my supervisor to give them a call. Told Rick <br /> that EHD will need disposal records to close this complaint. The clean up appears <br /> adequate. Called Muni Naidu, provided an update on the clean up status and NTA <br /> non acceptance status. <br /> 06/08/2018 Prop 65 MANZO <br /> 11/01/2018 Reviewed complaint documentation.
