ONSET SYMPTOMS: <br /> WITHIN 48-72 HOURS COMPLAINANT EXPERIENCED VOMITING, FATIGUE, NAUSEA, FEVER,AND ABDOMINAL <br /> PAIN. COMPLAINANT DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke with the manager who was not aware of the complaint prior to this investigation. <br /> The tacos come to the facility premade(taco shell and filling)and tacos are in pre wrapped packages and are frozen <br /> The frozen packages of tacos are kept in the walk-in freezer until brought to the walk-in refrigerator(41 F)to defrost. <br /> Tacos are taco shel filling, cheese, lettuce and hot sauce. <br /> Cheese and lettuce come to the facility and are stored in the walk-in until prepared. <br /> Lettuce is washed and cut on a cleaned and sanitized prep table and shredded lettuce is kept in walk-in. <br /> I observed shredded lettuce that is stored properly and covered in walk-in. <br /> Cheese is cut on sanitized prep table.
