She will <br /> be the C person for that day. <br /> 12/22/2020 8:09 AM Called Juan Armendarez (CALTRANS) 209-483-3088. Juan stated he MURO <br /> has not been to the spill site this morning, but cleanup may be rescheduled due to <br /> the fog. <br /> 9:31 AM Juan called to advise that cleanup will continue as scheduled. <br /> 10:00 AM Juan called to update the cleanup will not take place today. The issue <br /> being that the truck that will deliver the backfill soil will be unable to back into the <br /> shoulder because the soil is too soft. Juan will inform EHD once scheduling has <br /> been confirmed with RAH Environmental. <br /> 12/22/2020 Sent cleanup status update to Lead Seniors Elena Manzo (EHD) and Garrett MURO <br /> Backus(EHD). Forwarded email from Jason Gaitan (EHD) to upcoming on-call <br /> inspectors notifying of pending cleanup. <br /> 12/28/2020 Received call from Genesis Martinez lOffice Assistantl. stated Sgt. Crucchfield, GAITAN <br /> CHP, wanted to discuss clean up. Notified Sgt. Crucchfield that I will update him <br /> as soon as possible. <br /> Reviewed narrative, based on review I contacted Juan A., Hazmat Supervisor <br /> Caltrans. Stated that clean up will not take place for another week due to current <br /> weather. Contacted Sgt. Crucchfield and notified him that clean up is not complete <br /> and will resume by next week according to caltrans. <br /> 01/05/2021 Emailed Juan Armendarez to get spill cleanup status. BACKUS <br /> 01/14/2021 Contacted Juan Armandarez, Cal Trans and Ray Henry, RAH Environmental. BACKUS <br /> Cleanup is scheduled for next week. 1-19-21 to 1-21-21 time frame. <br /> 01/19/2021 Reviewed narrative, complaint details and photo log. Emailed Juan Armendarez FLORIDO <br /> and Ray Henry requesting they call me tomorrow about 30 min before finishing <br /> the clean-up so that I may go to the site to verify. <br /> 01/19/2021 Received email that this cleanup is taking place tomorrow, 1-20-21.
