The spill occurred on Fremont St in <br /> front of 4631 E Fremont St. Dave Larsen, PG&E employee, and PSC were going <br /> to clean up the release. The cleanup was going to take several hours as the <br /> transformer still needed to be cleaned up. Alex also said the spill was in front of a <br /> school. <br /> Called Dave. He did not answer and I could not leave a voice message. <br /> Called Juan Armendarez, Caltrans Hazmat, and informed him of the spill. He did <br /> not realize there was a spill and informed me to report it to the Caltrans dispatch. <br /> Called the Caltrans dispatch and informed them of the incident. <br /> Gathered property owner information from Parcel. Left for the site and arrived at <br /> 5:00 p.m. <br /> Contact: <br /> Alex Steele-(209)-337-8902 <br /> Juan Armendarez-(209) 948-3723 <br /> 12/14/2020 8:30-11:30 PM ALANIZ <br /> Created the compliant, typed up the notice to abate, and emailed it to Alex Steele <br /> at<R2Sv@pge.com>. <br /> Received a call from Dave Larsen, PG&E, letting me know the cleanup was near <br /> completion. Left for the site and met with Dave. The clean-up was completed. <br /> The road was also pressure washed. Three 55 gallon drums of oily debris and <br /> one 55 gallon drum of oily liquid was generated. The waste was taken to the <br /> PG&E Stockton yard located at 4040 West Lane, Stockton. Dave said he was <br /> going to run the samples that night. <br /> 12/14/2020 5:00-5:24 PM ALANIZ <br /> Arrived on site and met with Juan Armendarez, Caltrans Hazmat, and Dave <br /> Larsen, PG&E. Oily staining was observed on soil and asphalt. Absorbent was <br /> placed on the spill area for containment. Dave said that a sample of the <br /> transformer oil was going to be taken for PCB analysis. No storm drains were <br /> observed affected by the release.
